Manufacturer's Warranty
Custom Craftwork's Lifetime Warranty guarantees the structure of our portable tables
against defects in materials and craftsmanship to the original purchaser. Custom
Craftwork's foams carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects for five years and our
fabrics for three years. Stationary table warranty is 10 years. On-site chairs, 5 years;
most accessories, 2 years; sewn goods, 90 days; Gel packs, 180 days. This warranty does
not cover damages caused by improper setup, accidents, misuse and tears on cracks in the
upholstery. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the table at Custom
Craftworks' discretion.

Manufacturer's Warranty
Instep warrants all products to be free of defective materials and workmanship for one
year from the date of purchase and will send replacement parts without charge for one
year. Wearable parts such as tires and tubes are not covered in this warranty.

Sunpentown offers a 1 year onsite warranty for the 1st year of ownership upon approval.

Those living within the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Rutherford NJ or Houston TX area may
be be eligible for Sunpentown's Onsite warranty service. Those living outside the
geographic areas may be required to ship their products in for service. Please call
Sunpentown at 1-800-330-0388 for complete details After the 1st year of warranty,
customers are required to ship their merchandise freight pre-paid into one of 4 Sunpentown
offices. Labor fees apply for the 2nd and 3rd year. All parts are covered.
